Six tools, five seams, and a field nobody updated

Leadflip exists because of a specific afternoon: a new field was added in one tool, and three weeks later a process broke in another because nobody had carried it across.

The chain we were running

Six tools. Five places where a process can stop because something changed somewhere else. None of them wrong on their own, and together, a part-time job nobody was paid for.

The third problem was the one the tools covered least: keeping track of who cancelled what, which partner returned which leads, and whether they were entitled to. That one came back every month.

  1. 1A form builderto build the form
  2. 2A middleware toolto get the answers into the CRM
  3. 3A CRMto work the lead
  4. 4A cheaper mail toolbecause the CRM charged for process mail
  5. 5An automation serviceto produce one personalised document
  6. 6A distribution toolto hand the qualified lead over

Not a generic CRM repurposed

Ten years of hands-on lead generation sit behind this: the buying, the qualifying, the selling and the arguing about a returned lead at the end of a month. Everything on this site is there because it was missing at some point on a Tuesday.

What we will not tell you

There are no customer logos on this site, no case studies and no percentages, because there are no customers yet to ask. What we can show instead is the thing itself: a routing rehearsal on your data, a run inspector, a change log and a deletion you can prove.

Who runs it

Leadflip is operated by SKAJ Ventures GmbH, Germany. The full company details are on the legal notice, and how we handle data is on the privacy page.

Set up your own entity, your own fields and one routing rule, and see what it does with a record you put through it.
