How do I get started?

Sign up and start a 7-day free trial on our Starter plan — no credit card required. You can start building forms, managing leads, and setting up distribution right away.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Leadflip is designed for non-technical users. The form builder is drag-and-drop, the CRM is visual, and automations are configured through a simple step-by-step interface.

Can I import existing leads?

Yes. You can import leads via CSV upload or use our REST API to push leads from external systems. The API also supports bulk creation.

How does billing work?

We use Stripe for payments. Choose monthly or yearly billing, and manage your subscription from the Plan & Billing settings. EU VAT and invoicing are handled automatically.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We offer per-field AES-256-GCM encryption, per-account key isolation, and store files on AWS S3. You control which fields are encrypted.

Do you support multiple entities/lead types?

Yes. You can create as many Entities as you need — each with its own custom field schema, pipelines, forms, and distribution profiles.

How do I connect Leadflip to my existing tools?

Use our REST API to push and pull lead data, or set up webhook actions in your automations to call any external endpoint.
