There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate: we would rather not collect messages we are not yet set up to answer well. Almost everything people write to ask is already written down.
How do I get started, and what does it cost?
The pricing page shows the packages and explains what a module is. The module price list is shorter and cheaper if you only need one part.
Does it work with the form I already run?
Yes. Point it at the intake API and keep everything else as it is. That is the recommended setup even after the form builder ships.
Where is my data, and how is deletion handled?
In the EU, with a retention rule on every dataset, a deletion run you can preview and proof that it happened.
How do I do X in the product?
The help center has 83 articles covering entities, fields, the CRM, distribution, campaigns, automation, the API and billing.
If you want to see it on your own data
Create an account, define an entity with your own field names and set up one routing rule. Then put a record through it and look at what the run actually did.
