Top Phonexa Alternatives in 2026
Phonexa is the broadest suite in this category and it publishes no price at all. What it includes, what it does not, and why the comparison cannot be about money.
Phonexa is the broadest product in this category. Ten named products in one suite, covering leads, calls, clicks, email, SMS, telephony, session analytics, suppression lists, accounting and now AI call agents.
It is also the hardest one to write a comparison page about, because Phonexa publishes no price. Not a starting price, not a range, not a floor. Their pricing page is a quote request.
That leaves two honest options. One is to repeat a number from a review site and present it as theirs. An earlier version of this page did exactly that, with a whole table of tiers and setup fees that appears nowhere on Phonexa's site. The other is to tell you what we can actually verify and be clear about the gap.
Phonexa publishes no pricing. Every plan is a custom quote, and the only figures on their pricing page are $149 for an additional custom product and $149 for an additional API. Leadflip publishes its full price list, and the distribution module starts at $49 a month. This page compares what the two products do, and on cost it tells you what to ask rather than what to expect.
What Phonexa is
A performance marketing suite, based in Glendale, California. Their site does not state a founding year and we are not going to supply one.
The ten products, with their own descriptions:
| Product | What it is |
|---|---|
| LMS Sync | Lead tracking and distribution |
| Call Logic | Call tracking and distribution |
| E-Delivery | Email and SMS marketing |
| Cloud PBX | Cloud phone system |
| Lynx | Click tracking |
| Opt-Intel | Suppression list management |
| HitMetrix | User behaviour recording and analytics |
| Books360 | Automated accounting |
| AI Call Agents | AI-driven call automation |
| ValidRecord | Compliance and fraud mitigation |
Managed services are included with every plan: a dedicated contact, monitoring, and training sessions up to four a month. That last part is not filler. A suite this wide needs onboarding, and including it rather than billing it is the right call.
Checked on 26 September 2026 against Phonexa's own home and pricing pages.
Their pricing page says a plan includes "6 products and 20 APIs". Their homepage names ten products. Those two statements can both be true, and the difference between them is the most important question you can ask in a sales call: which six are in the plan you are being quoted, and what do the other four cost? Additional custom products are $149 each on that page, but it is not clear whether that rate applies to the ones already in the suite.
What it costs, as far as anyone can tell from outside
| Published | |
|---|---|
| Monthly price | Not published. Custom quote |
| Setup or onboarding fee | Not published |
| Overage rates | Not published |
| Additional custom product | $149 each |
| Additional API | $149 each |
An earlier version of this page listed Lite at $100 to $250, Premium at $500 and Enterprise at $1,000, each with a setup fee, and worked out a first-year total from them. Those figures are not on Phonexa's site and we could not source them. They are gone, and we are not replacing them with better guesses.
If you want to compare on money, you will have to get a quote. That is not a criticism, it is how most of this category works: two of the four platforms we compare here publish nothing either.
What Leadflip costs
Published, on one page, in full. Distribution is a module you can book on its own:
| Tier | Per month | Included | Beyond that |
|---|---|---|---|
| Distribution, 50 | $49 | 50 distributed leads | $0.20 a lead |
| Distribution, 200 | $89 | 200 distributed leads | $0.20 a lead |
| Distribution, 1,000 | $159 | 1,000 distributed leads | $0.10 a lead |
No setup fee, no user count on this module, and the per-lead rates above the cap are in the table rather than in a footnote.
Whether that is cheaper than Phonexa, we genuinely do not know. What we can say is that you can work out your bill before you talk to anyone, and that the answer does not depend on how the call goes.
Where Phonexa is the better buy
This is the longest version of this section on any of our comparison pages, because Phonexa covers more ground than we do.
Calls, end to end. Call tracking, call distribution, a cloud phone system, and AI call agents. We do no telephony of any kind. If calls are part of what you sell, this is not a close comparison.
Click tracking and affiliate attribution. Lynx exists for it. We have nothing for it.
Suppression lists. Opt-Intel manages them as a product. We have unsubscribe handling on campaigns and no suppression list management worth the name.
Session recording and behaviour analytics. HitMetrix records what people did on the page. We report on what arrived, not on how it was filled in.
Compliance and fraud mitigation. ValidRecord is a named product. Our filtering is rules on the data in front of you: required fields, ranges, duplicates, caps. That catches a malformed lead, not a well-formed lie.
Ping/post. Their lead product does it. We do not, on purpose, which helps a direct-post operation and no one else.
Breadth as such. If you want one vendor and one contract across leads, calls, email, telephony, analytics and accounting, they have built that and we have not.
Where we are ahead, and it is narrower than the feature count suggests
Phonexa has an email and SMS product. It has an accounting product. Two of the three things we usually point at are already in their bundle, so this section is shorter and more specific than on the other pages here.
Their answer to "where does my team work" is someone else's CRM
The integrations Phonexa names for lead data are Salesforce and HubSpot. That is a clear answer and it is worth reading carefully: the place your own people sit all day is a separate product on a separate bill, and the lead exists twice.
Ours is in the same account, on the same records that distribution routes. Board and list are two views of one dataset, with idle time per stage and a total per column.
| Name | Stage | Deal value | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marie Kerner | New | 128 m² | 53111 Bonn | 3.200 € | MK |
| Pia Lindqvist | Qualified | 164 m² | 99084 Erfurt | 4.100 € | AR |
| Anselm Roth | Handed over | 210 m² | 45127 Essen | 5.250 € | AR |

Automation on those same records
Twenty-one triggers and twenty-two steps: mail, SMS, webhook, documents, branches, waits, assignment, and handing the record straight to distribution. No middleware subscription in the middle, because there is no seam to cross.
A rehearsal before anything leaves
Which partner would get this lead, and why, before a single delivery fires. We have not found an equivalent in Phonexa's material, and it is the feature we would fight hardest to keep: a routing tool that only shows the result turns every dispute into your word against your buyer's.
2 leads returned inside the deadline, credited at −€76.00. The paid invoice stays paid.
Invoices in European statutory formats
Books360 is automated accounting and it generates invoices, so "we have invoicing and they do not" would be false. The narrower claim is the true one: ours produces gapless numbering, the four tax cases including reverse charge, credit notes for returned leads, and ZUGFeRD and XRechnung, which are the machine-readable formats a German or EU buyer's accounting system expects.
Whether Books360 does that, we do not know. If you invoice inside the EU, it is the first thing to ask them.
- 44 records, September
- 4.180,00 €
- Returned inside the deadline, 2 records
- −190,00 €
Signatures with a chain of evidence
A signature request with an append-only record of what was shown, when, and from where, sent as a step in a flow. We found nothing equivalent in their suite.
This box said for a year that it was not finished, and that was true until October 2026. A form is built on the entity's own fields, goes live with a switch, sits on your page with two lines and is styled from your own stylesheet. What has not changed is the way in beside it: the intake API still takes the form you already run, every submission arrives as a structured record with its source recorded, and there is nothing to migrate. Priced by how many forms you run, from $15 a month.

Where this table says "not found", it means we looked at their published pages on the date above and did not find it. That is not proof it is missing.
Which one you should pick
Take Phonexa if calls are part of your revenue, you run affiliate traffic and need click attribution, you want suppression lists and fraud tooling as products rather than as rules, or you want one vendor across the whole operation and are prepared to run a procurement process to find out what it costs.
Take Leadflip if you sell web leads by direct post, you want the CRM and the routing on the same records instead of synced between two subscriptions, you invoice buyers inside the EU, or you want to know the price before the first call. Ten products is a lot of product to learn when you route four hundred leads a month.
Other alternatives worth a look
The same comparison, on the same terms:
- Lead Prosper: distribution only, $500 monthly minimum with 5,000 leads included
- boberdoo: since 2000, calls and ping/post, from $1,075 plus $250 setup
- LeadsPedia: published tiers from $1,500, with 25,000 leads included
- LeadByte: UK based, email and SMS responders built in, no published price
How this page was written
Everything attributed to Phonexa comes from their own home and pricing pages, read on the date at the top of this page.
The correction on this page is larger than on the others, so it belongs in plain sight: the previous version carried a full table of Phonexa tiers and setup fees, from $100 to $2,000, and a first-year total built on them. None of those numbers are published by Phonexa and we could not source any of them. They have been removed rather than adjusted. It also described Opt-Intel as a lead marketplace, which it is not: it is suppression list management.
A comparison that invents the other side's prices is worthless even when it flatters us, and in Germany it is a legal risk rather than a marketing detail. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
