Managing Your Subscription

Leadflip uses Stripe for billing. You can manage your plan, payment method, and subscription from Account Settings. This guide covers upgrading, downgrading, changing billing interval, updating payment details, canceling, and viewing invoices.

Where to Manage Your Subscription

  1. Open the sidebar and go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Plan & Billing in the settings menu.
  3. You'll see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method.

Upgrading Your Plan

To move to a higher plan (e.g., Starter → Growth):

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan.
  3. Select the new plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly).
  4. Confirm the change.

You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan or Downgrade.
  3. Select the lower plan.
  4. Confirm the change.

Important: The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep access to your current plan's features. If you're over the limits of the new plan (e.g., too many leads), you may need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.

Changing Billing Interval

To switch between monthly and yearly billing:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan or Billing Interval.
  3. Select Monthly or Yearly.
  4. Confirm.

Switching to yearly typically applies a prorated credit and starts a new annual cycle. Switching to monthly may take effect at the end of your current yearly period, depending on Leadflip's billing logic.

Updating Your Payment Method

To add or update your credit card or other payment method:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Update Payment Method or Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new card details (or use a saved method if available).
  4. Save.

Stripe securely processes payment details. Leadflip does not store full card numbers.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be limited to free-tier features (if any) or read-only access, depending on Leadflip's policy. You can resubscribe at any time.

Viewing Invoices

To view and download past invoices:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Invoices or Billing History.
  3. Select an invoice to view or download the PDF.

Invoices are also sent to the email address on your account. You can access them from the Stripe Customer Portal if Leadflip provides a link.

Overage Charges

If you exceed your plan's lead or distribution limits, overage charges may apply. These are billed at the rate shown in your plan details (e.g., per additional lead). Overage is typically added to your next invoice. Check your plan's overage terms on the Billing page.
