Plans & Pricing

Leadflip offers flexible plans to match your lead generation needs. Billing is powered by Stripe, and you can choose monthly or yearly billing. This article covers available plans, what's included, and how to compare them.

Available Plans

Starter

The Starter plan is ideal for individuals and small teams getting started with lead generation. It includes:

  • 7-day free trial – Full access to Starter features with no credit card required to start.
  • Core lead capture and CRM features
  • Limited leads per month
  • Basic form builder and distribution

Growth

The Growth plan scales with your business. It includes:

  • Higher lead limits
  • Additional distribution channels
  • Advanced automation and automations
  • Priority support

Enterprise

The Enterprise plan is for larger organizations with custom needs. It includes:

  • Custom lead limits
  • Dedicated support
  • Advanced security and compliance options
  • Custom integrations

Estimate your cost (pricing page calculator)

On the public Pricing page you can use the Estimate your cost calculator to see which all-in-one package fits your volume and what you’ll pay including overage.

  1. Open the Pricing page (from the marketing site, click Pricing in the header, or go to /pricing).
  2. In the Estimate your cost card, optionally enter:
    • CRM leads per month — How many leads you expect to store in the CRM each month.
    • Distribution leads per month — How many leads you expect to distribute to partners each month.
  3. Choose Monthly or Yearly billing (the same toggle applies to the plan cards below).
  4. The calculator shows a recommended plan, the estimated total per month (base + estimated overage), and a button to sign up for that plan.

The result is an estimate only. Actual overage depends on real usage and is billed according to your plan’s overage rates (see “Need more? Pay only for what you use” on the same page).

Comparing Plans

To compare plans side by side:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan or Upgrade.
  3. View the plan comparison table with features and limits.

Key factors to consider:

  • Lead volume – How many leads you expect per month
  • Distribution – Number of partners or channels you need
  • Automation – Whether you need automations and advanced triggers
  • Support – Email vs. priority vs. dedicated

Free Trial (Starter)

The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial:

  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • Full access to Starter features during the trial
  • At the end of 7 days, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue
  • If you don't add a payment method, your account will be limited until you subscribe

You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during the trial. Upgrading before the trial ends will start your paid subscription immediately.

Add-ons

In addition to plan features, Leadflip offers add-ons for extra capacity:

  • Additional leads – Overage or top-up packs when you exceed your plan limit
  • Additional distribution leads – Extra capacity for partner distribution
  • Other add-ons – Check the Billing page for current offerings

Add-ons are billed in addition to your base plan, either one-time or recurring depending on the add-on type.

Monthly vs. Yearly Billing

  • Monthly – Billed every month. Cancel anytime.
  • Yearly – Billed once per year. Typically includes a discount compared to monthly pricing.

Switch between monthly and yearly from the Billing or Plan & Billing page. Yearly plans are often the best value if you're committed to Leadflip long term.
