Account Settings
Account Settings is where you configure everything that applies to your whole Leadflip account: branding, who's on the team, how outbound email is sent, what plan you're on, and which external systems can talk to your API.
Where to find it
Sidebar > Account Settings (the gear icon near the bottom of the left sidebar). The settings page has a sub-nav with seven tabs on the left.

The seven tabs
General
Organization-level branding and identity.
- Account logo. Upload a JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP (max 5 MB). It appears in the sidebar header and in branded outbound emails sent through campaigns.
- Account name. The display name shown in the sidebar header and across the app. Used in invitation emails and other system messages.
Members
Your team. Invite teammates, set their role, manage pending invitations, remove members when they leave.
See Inviting Team Members for the full flow.
Email Settings
SMTP and IMAP configuration for the account. This is the engine behind every email Leadflip sends on your behalf: campaign emails, automation emails, distribution-by-email, invitation emails.
A red dot appears on this tab when email is not yet configured. Without it, anything that relies on outbound mail will fail. See Email Setup for the step-by-step.
Plan & Billing
Your current subscription and how to change it.
- See your active plan (or "No active subscription" if you're on trial).
- Switch plans via Stripe Checkout.
- Enter a promo code if you have one.
- Get your referral link for the Refer a Friend program.
See Managing Your Subscription for upgrade, downgrade, and payment method.
Billing & Invoices
Stripe-hosted view of every invoice the platform has issued to you. View, download, or pay open invoices. Updated automatically when Stripe charges your card or you complete checkout.
This is your invoices for using Leadflip, not invoices you generate for your distribution partners. For partner invoicing see Distribution Invoicing.
API Access
API keys for external systems that need to push or pull lead data programmatically.
- Generate keys, name them, revoke them.
- Each key is shown only once at creation; copy it immediately.
- Use the key as a bearer token on every API request.
See API Authentication and API Endpoints for full reference.
Activity Log
Audit trail of significant changes inside the account: members added or removed, plan changes, key generation, settings updates. Useful for security reviews and figuring out who changed what when.
Multiple accounts
If you have multiple Leadflip accounts (for example, a separate brand or business unit), the account switcher is in the top-left of the sidebar (it shows the account logo and name with a small chevron). Switching accounts is per-tab; your other browser tabs stay on whichever account you opened them in.
Each account has its own Account Settings, its own members, its own billing, its own API keys. They share nothing.
What's NOT in Account Settings
| You'd think it would be here | But it's actually here |
|---|---|
| Entity field definitions | Entities (sidebar > Entities) |
| Pipeline stages | Status Groups and Pipelines (configured per entity) |
| Distribution profiles | Sidebar > Distribution |
| Partner records | Sidebar > Partners |
| Form definitions | Sidebar > Forms |
Account Settings is for account-wide configuration. Entity-, form-, distribution-, and partner-level configuration lives next to its data model.
Permissions
Admins can change anything in Account Settings. Members (non-admins) can typically:
- View the General page (read-only)
- See the Members list (cannot invite or remove)
- See Plan & Billing (cannot change the plan)
- Manage their own API keys for personal use (depends on plan policy)
If a tab is greyed out or hidden for you, your role doesn't grant write access. Ask an admin.
