Understanding the Dashboard

The Leadflip dashboard is your home base. It gives you an overview of activity and quick access to all modules.

Dashboard Layout

When you log in, you land on the Dashboard. The main area shows:

  • Stat cards – Key metrics at a glance (e.g., leads this week, forms, active distributions).
  • Quick actions – Shortcuts to common tasks like creating a form or adding a lead.
  • Recent activity – Optional feed of recent changes (depending on your plan).

Dashboard overview

Stat Cards

Stat cards display high-level numbers for your account. Typical metrics include:

  • Total leads – Count of leads in the selected Entity.
  • Leads this week – New leads in the last 7 days.
  • Active forms – Number of published forms.
  • Distribution leads – Leads sent to partners this month.

Stats update based on the currently selected Entity in the sidebar. Switch Entities to see metrics for different data models.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar is always visible (or accessible via a menu on mobile). It contains:

Item Description
Dashboard Overview and stat cards
Forms Form Builder – create and manage lead capture forms
CRM Kanban board – manage leads in pipelines
Distribution Route leads to partners
Entities Define and manage your data models
Account Settings Billing, members, API keys, and more

Entity Selector

At the top of the sidebar, the Entity selector lets you switch between your data models. All modules (Forms, CRM, Distribution) operate on the selected Entity. Choose the right one before creating forms or viewing the CRM.

Quick Actions

Quick actions appear on the dashboard and sometimes in the header. Common options:

  • New form – Start a new form in the Form Builder.
  • Add lead – Manually add a lead to the CRM.
  • New Entity – Create a new data model (see Your First Entity).

Use these to skip multiple clicks when you know what you want to do.

Responsive Behavior

On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu. Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar, then tap outside or navigate to close it. All features remain available; only the layout adapts.

Next Steps

Familiar with the layout? Create your first Entity to define your lead structure, then build a form or open the CRM to start managing leads.
