Setting your hours

1 min read

Under "My hours" in your profile you decide when guests can book you through an invitation link. It applies to this account only.

A weekly grid

One span per weekday, for example Monday to Thursday 9 to 5. A day without a tick cannot be booked. The times are in the time zone shown below.

Days off

Enter holidays as spans. Past ones drop out when you save. There is no public holiday calendar, because it would depend on a country.

Grid, buffer, notice, horizon

The grid is the spacing of offered start times. The buffer keeps time free before and after each appointment. Notice says how short notice a booking may have, the horizon how far ahead it may be.

Step by step

  1. Open the "My hours" tab in your profile.
  2. Tick the days you can be booked and set the times.
  3. Enter days off and rules, switch on "Open for bookings" and save.

Why am I not offered?

Either bookings are switched off, no day is ticked, or you lack the permission to host appointments. Also, the invitation must include you when it is limited to certain people.

Are my appointments taken out?

Yes. Every open appointment you host in this account removes its time, including the buffer.

Does the platform see my calendar?

If you connect it, yes: only when you are busy, no titles. How that works is explained under “Connect your calendar”.

What happens when I leave the account?

Your hours disappear with your membership. Your future appointments get a task to reassign them.
