Trigger: Appointment outcome missing

Starts the day after an appointment when nobody has entered how it went. At the same time the host gets a task "Set outcome".

Step by step

1. Create an automation and choose "Appointment outcome missing" as its trigger.
2. Add what follows, such as a notification to a manager after a wait, and switch it on.

How often does it fire for the same appointment?

Once. After that the appointment is marked as followed up.

When exactly?

With the daily run, once the appointment is over. If a run is missed, the next one catches up.

Do I need it when the task exists anyway?

Only if you want more than the task, for example a reminder to someone else after three days. You build such steps here, not in the module.

What if the appointment has no host any more?

Then nobody personally gets the task; it shows among the team's tasks.
