Starts when an appointment gets a new time. The old one stays on the record as "Moved", and the new one points to it.
Step by step
- Create an automation and choose "Appointment moved" as its trigger.
- For example create a task when the same appointment moves a second time, and switch it on.
Which appointment is '{{ appointment }}'?
The new one. The old one is replaced and has no future.
Does the guest get a new invitation?
Yes, the module sends it itself. It replaces the old entry in the guest's calendar because it carries the same identifier.
Does it fire when the host changes?
No. A new host changes the invitation, but not the time.
How do I see how often it moved?
On the record: every move leaves an appointment with the status "Moved" in the list.
