How long data stays
For every body of data you set a period and what should happen afterwards: delete, anonymise or keep. A nightly run carries it out and leaves a record of what it did.

Whoever is written to from your mailbox replies to it. For the reply to land on the record rather than only in your mail client, the application fetches from the mailbox.

For SMS you bring your own account with a provider and settle up there. The application sends through it; it does not sell messages.

You decide per occasion whether you are told in the app or by email as well. The setting is yours and applies separately in each account you work in.

The account's log: fields, roles, access, modules, exports. It answers who changed something about the setup and when, and it filters by author and event.

A role bundles rights and the sight of records. Roles are records themselves, not fixed quantities: you create your own rather than making do with three.

Name, sign-in address, language, time zone, password and the devices you are signed in on. These settings are yours, not the account's.
